Memo – 2011 Reporting Requirements Update
Summary:
TNInvestco’s are required to follow GAAP reporting for the 2011 calendar year reporting cycle and all future reporting cycles.
The Schedule of Investments would include detailed information about each of the investments, based on the requirements set forth in the AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide: Investment Companies.
Two additional schedules would be required.
- The first schedule may or may not be required, depending on the application of guidance in ASC 605-45, Revenue Recognition, Principal Agent Consideration. That schedule, if required, would detail certain funding amounts and costs not recorded in the financial statements.
- The second schedule involves additional disclosures about jobs and follow on capital.
