The Comptroller’s Office has released its annual Review of Funds Administered by Tennessee’s District Attorneys General and Judicial Drug Task Forces: 1st – 31st Judicial District for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2018.

For the second year in a row, the report contains no findings.

Comptroller auditors scrutinized the management of several funds including the District Attorney General Fund, Drug Task Force Fund, Federal Asset Forfeiture Fund, and other funds.

“Tennessee’s Judicial Districts have made a commitment to strong financial management,” Comptroller Justin P. Wilson said. “It wasn’t long ago that our Office reported many findings in this annual report. Training and education on these important issues have had a major impact. The leaders within each of the 31 districts, and the District Attorneys General Conference, are to be commended.”
