Audit Committee Notice of Public Meeting

The State Board of Equalization will conduct a meeting on the 2nd floor of the Cordell Hull Building in the Volunteer Conference Center on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.  The Audit Committee will meet immediately following the State Board of Equalization meeting.  This meeting will allow member participation by electronic means. The public may attend in-person, virtually, or by phone. Information for how to attend virtually and by phone is posted below.  

 The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.      Call to order

2.     Public Comment Period (if requested)

3.      Review and Approval minutes for August 11, 2025

4.      Review and Approval of Assessment Designations

5.      Review and Approval of Reappraisal Plans and Programs

6.      Review and Certification of 2025 ad valorem assessments of public utility and common carrier companies

7.       Review and Approval of amendments to Contested Case Procedures.        

8.      Adjournment
