Debt Management Policies

Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 9-21-134(b)(1), the State Funding Board is authorized to develop model financial transaction policies for local governments in Tennessee.  Local governments incurring or issuing debt shall have an adopted debt management policy that complies with the following guidance from the State Funding Board.
