Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503(g) all government entities subject to the Tennessee Public Records Act ("TPRA")are required to have a public records policy setting forth the the process for making requests to inspect or for copies of public records and any required request forms, the process for responding to requests, a statement of any fees charged for copies of public records, and the contact information for the Public Record Request Coordinator, who is the individual responsible for seeing that public record requests are routed to the appropriate records custodian and responded to in accodance with the TPRA.
