DPA Field Operations
The Division’s five field offices across the state assist counties with reappraisal programs. Reappraisal occurs in each county at least every four, five, or six years. Between revaluation years, the Division monitors visual inspection and sales verification completed by counties as part of their reappraisal plans. The Division also conducts biennial appraisal ratio studies to determine the overall level of appraisal within each county for equalization purposes.
